StoreRiskGuard is operated by Tamanie Consultants Limited, a company registered in Ireland (CRO 652738). For privacy requests, email hello@storeriskguard.com.

This site runs a free audit of a public online store and describes paid monitoring plans. If you use the audit, we collect the store URL, your email address, the time of the request, and the audit result (the score, the summary, and the issues we found).

We do not ask for a store password, a payment card, or the contents of your Merchant Center account. Paid plans are paid through Polar, which acts as merchant of record and processes the payment under its own notice.

We store a short hash of the IP address for a few hours so one address cannot run unlimited scans. We do not keep the raw IP address in the audit record.

We use the audit data to do the scan you asked for and to send you the results. Email delivery is not active yet; we keep the address so we can send the copy when it is. The legal bases are the steps you asked us to take before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in running a reliable, abuse-resistant site (Article 6(1)(f)).

We keep audit records for 24 months and then delete them, unless a longer period is required for a legal claim. Rate-limit hashes expire within a few hours.

Cloudflare hosts the site, the database, and the rate-limit store, and acts as a processor. Polar processes payments if you buy a plan. We do not sell personal data. If we turn on Cloudflare Web Analytics, it counts visits without cookies and without a cross-site profile.

The site does not set tracking cookies, and the free audit does not need an account.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland. Email hello@storeriskguard.com and we will respond.

Cloudflare may process data in the EEA and in other countries under its data processing terms. That processing is limited to hosting this site and protecting it.
