These terms cover the StoreRiskGuard website run by Tamanie Consultants Limited, Ireland (CRO 652738). Questions: support@storeriskguard.com.

The free audit is a point-in-time read of public pages. It is not a decision by Google, not legal advice, and not a promise that Merchant Center will approve or suspend an account. You are responsible for the changes you make to your store and your product feed.

Submit a store you operate, or one you have permission to test. Do not use the audit to overload, probe, or collect data from sites you do not operate. We limit how many scans one network address can run.

Watch is €39 per month: one market, a weekly scan, and AI-written fix instructions. Pro is €79 per month: up to five markets, daily scans, and change history. Prices are in EUR and billed monthly. Polar is the merchant of record for those payments, and Polar’s checkout terms apply to the payment. We set the plan up after checkout and confirm by email. The free audit is the part that runs by itself on this site today.

We may refuse or stop a scan that breaks these terms or that puts the service at risk.

The site is provided with reasonable care. To the extent Irish and EU law allow, we are not liable for lost profits, lost ads, or a Merchant Center decision. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not let us exclude, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Irish law governs these terms. The courts of Ireland have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you also keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live.
